The X200 Automatic Stretch Wrapper is designed for automatic pallet wrapping using LLDPE stretch film to help protect palletized products during transportation and storage.
With a 300% pre-stretch rate, rubber-coated rollers and automatic film cutting, the X200 is engineered to provide consistent wrapping performance while helping reduce film consumption.
The X200 features a SIEMENS control system including PLC, inverter and touchscreen operation for intuitive machine control and adjustment.
With wrapping speeds of 25–40 pallets per hour, a maximum wrapping weight of 2,000 kg and a maximum pallet size of 1200 x 1200 mm, the X200 is built for a wide range of pallet-wrapping applications.
The system also includes automatic pallet-height detection, automatic turntable reset, programmable controls, soft start and stop, adjustable film tension and a bottom film-carriage safety device.
