EdgeFeed | VFS-1000 Vertical Feed System
HSAUSA’s EdgeFeed is designed to automate the feeding of zippered pouches and bags that can be difficult to run using traditional feeding methods. The system positions each pouch for reliable downstream printing and labeling.
Stand-up pouches and bags are placed on edge, picked and positioned onto a shuttle table, then transferred onto the downstream conveyor for printing or pouch labeling.
EdgeFeed can run up to 60 pouches or bags per minute, depending on product size and application requirements. Pouches and bags are aligned as they move onto the receiving conveyor to support consistent handling and accurate downstream processing.
