Semi-Automatic Round-Product Labeling System
LabelMill Integrated Labeling Solutions combine the LM6000ARS AutoRound platform with the LM4012 hybrid servo drive label applicator to create a semi-automatic labeling solution for pre-printed labels on round products ranging from 0.5 inches to 1 inch OD.
Products are fed from a hopper into a custom carousel drum to support steady production flow. Automatic product sensing helps reduce mis-labeling when a container is missing, while centralized touchscreen controls make system adjustments and operation easier to manage.
The LM6000ARS – LM4012 Semi-Automatic Table Top Label Applicator is engineered for mid- to high-volume production environments where small round containers require consistent pre-printed label application.
Its hopper-fed carousel system supports continuous product loading, while the LM4012 hybrid servo drive applicator delivers labeling speeds up to 1,400 linear inches of web per minute. Label placement accuracy can reach ±1/32 inch when labels are produced to specification and product handling is controlled.
The system combines controlled product handling with automatic product sensing to reduce mis-labeling and wasted labels. A centralized touchscreen interface gives operators convenient access to system settings and parameter adjustments.
