LabelMill Customized Labeling Solutions include the LM5000RB Roller Bed Conveyor System for labeling bottles, tubes, and other cylindrical products in mid- to high-volume production environments.
The LM5000RB combines a powered product hopper, roller bed conveyor, product spacing system, and integrated LabelMill label applicator. Products are fed into the system, spaced onto the conveyor, and moved through the labeling station for consistent application at throughput rates ranging from approximately 50 to 200 products per minute depending on product and label size.
The LM5000RB Roller Bed Conveyor System is designed specifically for automated labeling of round products. Its integrated product-handling system moves cylindrical containers through the labeling process while maintaining consistent spacing and positioning.
A powered hopper introduces products into the system, while an 8-inch product spacer wheel helps control product flow onto the roller bed conveyor. The integrated LabelMill applicator provides label speeds up to 2,400 inches per minute and placement accuracy up to ±1/16 inch when labels and products are produced to specification.
The LM5000RB can support pre-printed label application as well as print-and-apply configurations depending on the installed labeling equipment. Touchscreen controls allow operators to manage system settings and recall jobs during production.
