High-speed full servo labeling platform
The LabelMill LM1512 Automatic Label Applicator is a high-performance, full servo drive labeling system designed for fast, precise label application in mid- to high-volume production environments. Its closed-loop servo drive delivers accurate, repeatable label placement at speeds up to 2,400 inches per minute while supporting a wide variety of products and labeling requirements.
Built for demanding industrial applications, the LM1512 integrates easily into automated production lines and provides a flexible platform for multiple application methods. Available configurations include tamp, swing tamp, synchronous feed, corner wrap, adjacent panel, flag, and blow-on labeling.

The LabelMill LM1512 Automatic Label Applicator is a high-speed servo-driven system designed to apply preprinted pressure-sensitive labels with accurate, repeatable placement. Built for mid- to high-volume production environments, the LM1512 combines fast labeling performance with advanced controls and flexible integration capabilities.
This configuration is ideal for manufacturers looking to automate labeling on products moving through production or packaging lines. The LM1512 can be integrated with conveyed or robotically presented products and serves as the base platform for multiple specialized application methods.

The LM1512TM Tamp Module uses a controlled tamp motion to apply preprinted pressure-sensitive labels directly to conveyed products with flat surfaces. The applicator extends the tamp pad toward the product, applies the label accurately, and retracts to prepare for the next labeling cycle.
This configuration is ideal for boxes, cartons, bags, pouches, pallets, containers, and other flat-surfaced products. It is well suited for automated production lines requiring precise label placement at high speeds.

The LM1512ST Swing Tamp Module uses a pivoting tamp arm to apply preprinted labels to the leading or trailing panel of a conveyed product. Top-down and side-over configurations allow the system to accommodate different conveyor layouts and product orientations.
This configuration is ideal for shipping packages, boxes, cartons, pallets, and containers that require labels applied to a leading, trailing, side, or angled surface while moving through an automated production line.

The LM1512SF Synchronous Feed Module applies pressure-sensitive labels to conveyed products using a wipe-on application method. Label dispensing is synchronized with product movement, allowing labels to be applied smoothly to flat or slightly uneven surfaces without stopping the product.
This configuration is ideal for shipping packages, boxes, cartons, bags, pouches, pallets, and containers moving continuously through automated production lines where consistent labeling and uninterrupted product flow are important.

The LM1512CW Corner Wrap Module is designed to apply a single pressure-sensitive label across two adjacent panels of a conveyed product. The label wraps around the corner, allowing information to remain visible from multiple sides while maintaining accurate, repeatable placement.
This configuration is ideal for shipping packages, boxes, cartons, pallets, and containers requiring corner-wrap identification, tracking, or tamper-evident labeling in automated production environments.

The LM1512APL Adjacent Panel Module is designed to apply labels to two adjacent panels of a conveyed product in a single automated process. The system can label the leading and side panels or the trailing and side panels while maintaining accurate placement throughout the application cycle.
This configuration is ideal for shipping packages, boxes, cartons, and containers that require product identification or tracking information on multiple adjacent surfaces.

The LM1512FM Flag Module is designed for automatic or semi-automatic application of flag-style labels to narrow or cylindrical products. The label wraps around the product and bonds to itself, creating a visible identification flag while maintaining accurate, repeatable placement.
This configuration is ideal for wires, cables, tubing, syringes, and other narrow products requiring clear identification, tracking, organization, or traceability.

The LM1512BO Blow On Module uses a controlled burst of air to transfer a pressure-sensitive label onto a product without requiring the application head to make direct contact with the surface. This provides accurate label application while minimizing physical contact with the product.
This configuration is ideal for shipping packages, boxes, cartons, pallets, containers, and products with flat or slightly uneven surfaces where non-contact label application is preferred.
