The VFS-1000 is the perfect way to observe Paper Bag Day. Paper Bag Day is commemorated to honor the significance of a paper bag creation. While we’ve not determined the founder of the day, it does celebrate the date one U.S. patent was issued for a paper bag machine by William Goodale’s on July 12., 1859. What is the VFS-1000?
HSAUSA’s VFS-1000 is a Vertical Feeding System that is perfect for feeding paper shopping bags. If you are trying to inkjet or label shopping bags, this is the feeding system for you! Feeding paper, plastic, or colored bags, this machine can feed them all. The handles on the shopping bags are not a problem.
The system also allows for pouch labeling where stand-up pouches and bags are stood on the edge, pick and placed onto a shuttle table, then pushed onto the downstream conveyor for printing or pouch labeling. The VFS-1000 can run up to 60 pouches or bags per minute, depending on the size of pouches and bags. Pouches and bags are aligned as they are pushed onto the receiving conveyor.
