The LabelMill LM4012TTPAS is a semi-automatic table top print and apply labeling system designed for demanding production environments. The system can print and apply labels using thermal transfer or direct thermal printing, or bypass the print engine when preprinted labels are being used.
Designed for flexibility and reliable operation, the LM4012TTPAS can apply up to 45 labels per minute depending on label and product size. Its modular design supports multiple application methods while allowing quick changeovers for different labeling requirements.
The LM4012TTPAS Semi-Automatic Print & Apply Label Applicator combines on-demand label printing with semi-automatic label application in a compact table top system. It supports both thermal transfer and direct thermal printing and can also operate with preprinted labels when the print engine is bypassed.
The system delivers labeling rates of up to 45 labels per minute, depending on the size of the label and product. A servo motor drive provides accurate, dependable operation while the 12-inch label roll capacity helps reduce roll changes during production.
The modular platform allows operators to configure the machine for different application methods. Tamp, flag, round-product, and other applicator configurations can be changed without tools, allowing the same system to accommodate changing production requirements.
