Modular labeling platform
The LabelMill LM-1012 semi-automatic table-top label applicator is a compact, modular labeling system for low- to mid-volume production, hand-pack stations and short production runs. Interchangeable application modules allow one LM-1012 platform to accommodate a variety of products and labeling requirements.
Fast, easy changeovers
The LM-1012 is designed for fast module changeovers, allowing operators to switch between labeling applications without purchasing a separate machine for every product type. Available configurations apply labels to round containers, flat products, wires, cables, syringes, dual cartridges and other specialty products.
Accurate label placement
The LM-1012 provides repeatable label placement with user-friendly operating software, a handheld operator interface and an integrated label dispenser. Optional fixtures, wider label configurations and print-and-apply capabilities allow the system to be adapted to specific production requirements.
The LM1012RM applies pressure-sensitive labels to cylindrical products ranging from approximately 0.5 inches to 3.5 inches in outside diameter. Its adjustable product carriage can be positioned to accommodate tapered containers and support accurate, repeatable label placement.
This configuration is ideal for bottles, jars, tubes, round containers and other cylindrical products. The round product module can also be combined with the tamp module when both cylindrical and flat products need to be labeled on the same LM-1012 platform.
The LM1012TM uses a tamp application module to accurately apply pressure-sensitive labels to flat products up to 5 inches tall. An optional system riser is available to accommodate taller products, providing flexibility for a variety of production requirements.
This configuration is ideal for boxes, cartons, pouches, flat containers, and other flat-sided products. For operations that require labeling both flat and cylindrical products, the tamp module can be combined with the LM1012RM Round Product Module on the same LM-1012 platform.
The LM1012FM is designed to apply flag-style labels to narrow or cylindrical products by folding the label around the product so the adhesive ends bond together, creating a durable, easy-to-read identification flag.
This configuration is ideal for wires, cables, tubing, syringes, fiber optics, and other narrow products requiring clear identification. The LM1012FM delivers consistent flag label placement for applications requiring product tracking, organization, and traceability.
The LM1012DC is designed to apply pressure-sensitive wraparound labels to dual cartridges with accurate, repeatable placement. For best results, labels are typically applied before the cartridge plungers are installed.
This configuration is ideal for dual-component adhesive cartridges, sealant cartridges, dual-barrel containers, and other specialty cartridge products that require consistent identification and product labeling.
The LM1012LL adds loose-loop print-and-apply capability to compatible LM-1012 configurations, allowing labels to be printed and applied in a single operation. By integrating with compatible thermal transfer or color inkjet printers, the system can produce and apply labels on demand with variable information.
This configuration is ideal for applications requiring barcodes, serial numbers, lot and batch codes, expiration dates, or other variable product data. The LM1012LL is well suited for manufacturers that need flexible, on-demand labeling while maintaining accurate, repeatable label placement.
