TS-100 Tray Stacker

IPAK’s Model TS Series fully automatic tray stackers are designed and built to withstand the rigors of continuous, heavy-duty, applications. The TS-100 Series of tray stackers is available in basic versions for stacking trays of a uniform footprint or fully adjustable versions capable of stacking trays of different sizes. Each TS-100 tray stacker is equipped with a programmable counter to stack trays in a predetermined quantity. The tray stacker TS-100 is a mechanical drive train, equipped with in-feed guides and a programmable counter. Its minimal footprint allows for more space efficiency, without sacrificing the power of the machine. As a remote demand controlled machine, the TS-100 has an in-feed control gate and an automatic advancement of stacked trays.
