Tamp Apply Modules

The Tamp Apply applicator has the most accurate label placement technology in its class. Designed for small to medium labels (1/2” x 1/2” to 6” x 8”) with flat substrates, the Tamp Apply Applicator has a Medium-High Applying Speed. There are a variety of different types of tamp models available in the Paragon tamp family including: Smart Tamp, Tamp Blow, and Custom Tamp applications available in lengths up to 36″ stoke. All versions of the Tamp Apply applicator are available on all Paragon models and operate as follows:

A label is dispensed onto a vacuum pad and held adhesive side out
The product is detected
The air cylinder engages, causing the entire pad to contact the product for just a moment
The air cylinder retracts and the next label is dispensed onto the pad in preparation for the next product
