Our Split Belt Powered Conveyor system can be used in the bakery, contract manufacturing, distribution facilities, resellers, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and beverage industries. And can be used on bakery products, filled cartons, pharmaceutical round bottles (Plastic or Glass), blister packs, thermoformed packages, tapered wall container coding, and cosmetic containers.

Overview

The Split Belt Powered Conveyor System was created for a customer with a wide range of products, who needed print for expiry date and lot number for the bottom of a container.

- The split-belt eliminates having to flip products and prevents spills. For example: while marking filled plastic containers with hot soup, you would not want to flip that product to label it.
- It marks cartons on the fly!
- Creates less of a carbon footprint
- The compact design can be customized to fit the end of any existing machine.
- The conveyor system is on locking casters and can be moved to any production line in the facility without having to move existing equipment.

- Completely customizable variable speed mobile Powered Split Belt Conveyor for bottom coding with Continuous Inkjet Printers.
- The conveyor has nose ends on both ends for a smooth transfer of products and an existing conveyor.
- Timing Belt Conveyors can be fixed distance apart, or they could be adjustable optionally.
- The conveyor belt width, overall width, and height can be customized based on customer preference.
- The conveyor system is available on swivel wheel locking casters with brakes or on leveling feet.
- Height adjusts options available on request. AC and DC motor models are available.
- The conveyor will be shipped completely assembled for plug-and-play with a variable speed drive controller.
