The Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrapping System Sentry LP
This feature-rich product is equipped with user-friendly features like the IntelleVue touchscreen display to quickly change wrap counts, adjust turntable speed, carriage speed, and film tension. Also, standard is the load height sensing photo-eye and Orion’s unique RevoLogic™ technology, which delivers a precise count of each revolution of the turntable, and stops the turntable in the same position after each cycle.
The Sentry LP system gives you the economy and strength of powered prestretch film delivery at an entry-level price. It is a semi-automatic, low profile, turntable stretch wrapper, capable of wrapping loads up to 52-by-52 inches and with a maximum weight capacity of 4,000 pounds and a maximum turntable speed of 12 RPM. The Sentry LP uses no maintenance, AC variable frequency drive motors, and has separate wrap counts for both top and bottom wraps, and can operate at speeds up to 12 Revolutions per minute, while still delivering a steady wrapping performance!
Backed by a 3-year Warranty, the Sentry LP helps save on film costs and gives a superior holding force compared to hand wrapping or mechanical tension wrappers! It is forklift portable from the front and the rear of the machine and features a 200 percent powered pre-stretch film carriage with a load height photocell. Rugged steel construction is used for long service life. The turntable speed is variable, the film carriage speed is variable, and a dual chain drives the film carriage. The home position turntable alignment brings the load into the same position after each cycle.
