The Dartronics Mug Wrapping System is one of our most requested automation solutions. The placement of dye sublimation sheets on a mug is a time-consuming job by hand. Often the wrapped sheets are placed on crooked. Fortunately, our Mug Wrap Machine places sheets on at a rate of 30 per minute and tapes them from handle to handle. Sheets are straight and consistent from mug to mug.
The SMW-102 system was designed to speed up the process and improve the accuracy of wrapping sublimation sheets around the mug. The system allows the operator to place pre-cut sublimation sheets and a mug into the wrapping machine, and with the press of a button, it wraps the mug perfectly in less than 2 seconds!
