Dartronics, Inc. custom manufactured a clamshell denesting, conveying, and closing system capable of producing up to 32 clamshells per minute.
There is a maximum of 8 placements of 4 clamshells every cycle. Placer cycle of a minimum of 7.5 seconds. Of course, the speed can be reduced for more complex filling and fewer or less trained operators.

• Available interlocks: Dry contact, 12 vdc, 24 vdc, 24 vac. Others upon request.
• Up to 60 cycles per minute per lane. Speed is dependent upon product characteristics
