Did you know that Dartronics Inc. is a partially woman-owned business?

Ursula Nasi-Darrow is an owner of Dartronics and Vice President of Operations. For over twenty years, she has played an essential role in Dartronics’ ascension to success. She and founder/President Kenneth Darrow first ran this business out of their basement before purchasing their 11,000+ square foot facility.

Today as an owner and Vice President, Ursula oversees the company finances, accounting, and employee benefits. 

Beth Egan is our Customer Service Lead Representative and has been a member of our Dartronics team for over ten years! Initially handling telemarketing and collection calls, she has become the voice of our Customer Service department and an integral part of our shipping processes. Beth wears several hats at Dartronics: shipping and receiving orders, fielding customer calls, and supporting the operations team with different situations that may arrive. 

Natalie Marroush is as impressive as she is young; despite being one of the youngest members of Dartronics Inc, Natalie became our 2021 “Employee of the Year” and the first woman to join our Engineering team. As a recent graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Science specializing in Mechanical Engineering, she spends her days constructing, installing, and correcting essential industrial equipment that keeps our customer facilities running. 

Emili Darrow may be the youngest member of our team, but you could say she has been with Dartronics in one way or another for years. Daughter of owners Ken and Ursula Darrow, she works part-time as our Accounting Clerk while attending Rutgers University full time majoring in Chemistry. Quality over quantity, her work ethic makes a positive impact, helping her family business continue to prosper. 

And finally, Alexis Washington, aka “me,” joined Dartronics back in 2020 and has been its Marketing Director for just over a year. In my time here, I have been happy to paint a clearer picture of the products and services. But, more importantly, opening a path of communication through LiveChat, blogs, social media, and emails — with all the current and prospective customers, we can help in the future.  

Engineering, Manufacturing and the packaging industry are predominately male-dominated industries. Approximately 15% of women are working Engineers, 29% work in Manufacturing, and 30% in the Packaging industry. But the women of Dartronics make up about 38% of our company employees. We honor the women of the past by continuing to contribute to industries where representation matters.
