Complete End-to-End Mug Wrapping Automation

Every step is automated — no manual wrapping, taping, or alignment required:

1. Handle Alignment

Mugs enter on an indexing conveyor and pass through a built-in handle straightening mechanism to ensure perfect orientation.

2. Servo Placement

Each mug is picked up by a servo-driven slide and placed precisely into the wrap station for tight, repeatable placement.

3. Sheet Feeding + Barcode Scan

Pre-cut, pre-printed sublimation sheets are fed onto a second conveyor. Each sheet’s barcode is scanned and verified against the order. Any unverified or mismatched sheet is rejected and replaced automatically.

4. Smart Error Handling

Mugs placed backwards are detected instantly. The system alerts the operator, who corrects the orientation and taps “Continue” — no lost production.

5. Barcode Matching for Full Traceability

Every mug is matched with a labeled barcode on its base, ensuring order accuracy and product traceability from print to pack.

6. Automatic Tape Application

Tape tabs are applied directly to the sheet as it wraps tightly around the mug. This secures the seam neatly at the handle and creates a press-ready product with no manual labor.
