Back in 2015, they purchased the FlexPackPRO^® 420iXT, a TTO (Thermal Transfer Overprinter) printer from us for their beautiful packaging.

Madelaine Chocolates

The Madelaine Chocolate company was established in 1949 and dedicated itself to perfecting the superior taste and quality of its chocolate. Their belief that everyone should be able to afford great-tasting chocolate is what drives their commitment to their customers and ensures they never compromise on flavor or quality. In 2018 they purchased the HSAUSA Minutouch Printing system from us to help ensure that every part of their business, including the packaging, doesn’t compromise on quality. 

The HSAJET® MiniTouch MTHP4 can control up to 2″ print height. Mount the controller directly on a one or two pen printhead (side/low version) for a compact version, or utilize the flexibility of the MiniTouch to connect up to 4 pens to the controller, either as single heads or with a distributor box in a combination of 1, 2, and 3-pen printheads. Prints at breakthrough speeds of up to 300 M/MN (984 FT/MIN) IN 300 X 150 DPI.

They source many of their ingredients from local farms and organic suppliers and do not cut corners. If they are skeptical about the quality of any ingredient, they simply do not use it. In a globalized world where even “natural” food is over-processed, their customers can feel confident that what they are eating is healthy, delicious, and wholesome. Back in 2015, they purchased the SATO CL408NX Thermal Transfer Printer from us for their packaging labels.

The CL408NX Series of thermal-transfer label printers from Sato include a wide range of features that make it a great choice for demanding label printing applications. Printing at 203 dpi, the CL408NX printers can print labels at up to 10 ips (254 mm/s) and can handle labels up to 4.1″ wide.
